What a great weekend! We got some surprise sunshine on Saturday afternoon, and sat on the deck and read...wearing shorts!!
Then the rains came, which was what we were prepared for, we walked, visited some new friends, and hung out at the cottage. The cottage is great, we can't wait to go back. The other homes on the street look very nice, but for the two of us, and Boris, the cottage was perfection. The owners did such a thoughtful job of updating and stocking the house, we lacked for nothing. The beach, on (albeit a rainy) 3 day weekend, was ours to stroll, and just beautiful. The dog basket was such a nice touch, it really was appreciated.
As the family cook, I really liked the quality of the appliances and the kitchen accessories. It lacked nothing, and we ate like kings and queens. The attention to quality and detail made us raving fans and we will certainly be regular visitors.
We also plan on making a trip out there when winter sets in, but we will probably be somewhat last minute on that, as we will try to catch a storm.
As great as the cottage was, I would also commend you, as your level of service and communication was perfect, and our expectations were exceeded at every turn. Thank you for all of your efforts.
