Awesome view of Canyon Lake completely renovated,fireplace and large front porch, grilling area, 2 bedrooms plus bonus room, 1 king size bed,1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds, 1 sleeper sofa, vineyard and boat ramps in neighborhood, wildlife feed the deer from the front porch,fully furnished with washer/dryer, plenty of room for boats and RV, kid and pet friendly. Very quiet neighborhood.

Bathtub and shower is conveniently located between both washrooms (jack and jill style) We just added an outdoor shower with hot and cold water! Perfect for rinsing off. The bonus room is ideal for the kids as it has two twin beds and it's own play area.
