Our roomy 1 bedroom condominium is located on the 5th floor at the
water's edge of a quiet, gated complex. The condo's open floor plan
features a serene, panoramic view of Marco Bay from the eat-in
kitchen, living room, and screened-in balcony. Enjoy amenities
such as 2 large heated pools, 3 lighted tennis courts, 2 spas, and a
private fishing dock.
Marco's beaches, shopping, and dining are only a few minutes away and
easily reached by bicycle, motor scooter, or car. Bicycle, motor
scooter, and car rentals are available about 3 blocks from the
property.
Decorated throughout in light, tasteful colors, the condominium
features all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable and
memorable.
The bright, open eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with high-end
utensils for daily cooking. Most of our guests, however, prefer to
dine on the screened-in balcony, which boasts views of the Bay,
marina, pool, and spa.
The airy living room, with its floor to ceiling sliding glass doors
and plush chairs and sofa, provides a scenic view of the Bay
and a comfortable place to relax, watch TV, or entertain.
The generous master bedroom features a king-size bed with a brand new
mattress, cable TV, and ample closet space, along with easy access
to the adjacent bathroom.
With one bedroom and one bath, our 800 sq. ft. (78 sq. meters) condo
plus balcony is suited for one to two persons.
Marco's white sand crescent beach stretches for 3 miles on the west
side of the island...only a 5-minute drive away. This safe beach is
ideal for relaxing, shelling, and water sports. Visit Marco's main
marina (about a 7-minute walk from the condo) and rent your own boat
to fish the backwaters of the Everglades, arrange an off-shore
fishing charter on the Gulf of Mexico, take the express cruiser to
Key West for the day, enjoy an airboat ride, or dine on a sunset
dinner cruise. A scuba diving school and center is also located next
door to the property.
Golf courses, a library, and a movie theater, as well as
supermarkets,an excellent seafood store, and a variety of restaurants
are only a few minutes away.
Visit Naples, with its beautiful Olde Naples on 3rd Street and 5th
Avenue shopping and dining, Naples Pier, and the 3rd Street art
galleries -- all within 30 minutes by car from Marco.
Marco Island's high season runs from mid-December through April;
however, the weather is usually bright, sunny, and pleasantly warm
from late October through the end of May. Our location, directly on
the water, offers breezes year round.
Although temperatures may hover near 90 degrees in the summer months,
afternoon showers regularly cool the island before evening.
