The entertainment center in the living room is equipped with cable TV, DVD, VCR. Enjoy all of your meals in the fully equipped eat in kitchen. The master bedroom is en suite, with an elegant king-size bed, walk in closet and cable TV. The second bedroom has a full size bed, the third bedroom two single beds. The two car garage is equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Pack-N-Play & Highchair are available for use as well. Why stay in a Hotel: If you have never stayed in a Rental Home before, you have just found the new way to vacation. Here in your home away from home you have the luxury of having your own place to unwind and to enjoy spending time with your loved ones in your very own private home with private pool. The pool area is totally fenced in with no two story homes overlooking it. It is really a totally private pool where you can sit out and relax after a long day at the parks. Or if you could just take the day and relax in and around the heated pool. Having your own kitchen enables you to not have to eat out at a restaurant every night, which ends up adding a large expense to many peoples trip. There is a Super Walmart 5 minutes away where you can purchase all you need to prepare your own meals. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay and find it a much better value over any hotel.

The house was adequately furnished. Beds are very uncomfortable and cleanliness of the home could have been better when we arrived- especially bathrooms. The pool is nice but there are some torn screens in the screen house that need to be replaced. We had to furnish our own trash bags and by mid-week, toilet paper since no extra rolls were provided. Washer and dryer were handy and in good condition.
The owner provided us with some maps of the area a few days before our trip, which were helpful. Having a listing of area attractions and services in the home would be helpful for visitors. We had a dental emergency in our family during our stay and had no idea who to call about it. We enjoyed Disney, of course, and our favorite restaurant was Pacino's Italian Ristorante on Rt 192. Not sure if we would recommend this house to a friend. It was nice but not as nice as other Florida homes we have rented in this price range.

I am happy you had a nice time in Orlando. I wish you would have contacted us about the house not meeting your cleanliness standards as I would have had the management company come and re-clean what ever was needed. We have never had an issue with cleanliness in the past so I am surprised. When you rent a rental home in Florida, you are provided with starter rolls of paper and bags and then have to purchase a few of your own by the local Wal-Mart (which is a 3 minute drive), I am sorry if that was not clear. For your dental emergency, we provided you with the contact info to the management company to call with any issues you had during your stay, I am sorry you did not take the opportunity to make that call as it would have solved all of your problems.
