Large charming studio, located in a 4* hotel transformed into residence at the most beautiful and famous beach: Orient bay.

Decorated with good taste and care, it is composed of:

- a king size bed and a 1m90 (6') long sofa for one person; being able to accommodate thus to 3 people. Air-conditioning.

- Also a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a covered terrace

- Kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine. All utensils necessary for the kitchen and the meals.

- Closet and wardrobe. Bed sheets and bathroom linen provided.

- Large terrace with a meal corner (table and 4 chairs) will enable you to benefit from a beautiful view on the garden, the tennis courts, the lagoon and the hills at the horizon.

- South-West exposure with sunset on the mountains.

- Swimming pool with direct access to the beach. Private parking lot near the residence. Guard 24h a day.

- Internet access WiFi in the studio !!!

Additional information about rental rates

  • $500/850 per week according to the season. Sliding scale tariffs according to duration of the stay, including all charges, water, electricity, cleaning and laundry of the end of the stay and a visitor's tax.

    Security deposit check $300 (taken at arrival and given back after check out).

    Deposit 25% (for the period from December 24th to January 7th, 50% of deposit is required).

    Cancellation Policy:
    For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00 from the booking deposit. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 50% of the booking deposit.There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Excellent Stay with Wonderful Host

Had a wonderful one-week trip staying here. The listing description was accurate regarding the location and amenities, and the photos were true to life. Property was very clean / well-maintained, and was very close to Orient Beach and all French-side attractions.

Property owner was very gracious and helpful throughout our stay, providing many helpful suggestions and recommendations.

Would not hesitate to recommend to others, and will likely stay here again on future trips.

Mont Vernon

We want to thank Olga and Philippe for a wonderful vacation. The unit is just as it was shown in the pictures, and in great shape. For a couple this is a great place to stay. Philippe was there to meet us, give us a tour of the place, show us aorund, and offer advice. We highly recommend it and will return again. Philippe even had a transformer for us to use so we could change our laptop, and the unit WiFi access was fast. We found some really great French resteraunts close to the unit and Grand Case is about 5 minutes away. Thers's also a well stocked market nearby and Orient beach is only about a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed watching the sunrise, birds on the lagoon, and sunsets from the balcony. We also enjoyed the large pool and walking along Orient Beach, which is only a few steps from the unit. For a nice cold Carib Boo Boo Jam is only a 10 minute walk from the unit.

Great place, perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at the apt. The apt was very comfortable, clean, and convenient to everything. The beaches were fantastic, and you could walk down the beach to many of the fabulous beach resorts on Orient Bay. This is really such a nice location in St. Martin.

The price for this rental is right-- I would just remind you to bring beach towels and anything else you might want, as it is a condo not a hotel.

Thanks again to Phillipe and Olga for a fabulous vacation!
