Wet bar, wood burning fireplace and theater room in lower level. Views out every window. Vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace in the main living room. Deck and fenced yard with great city views. View the Colorado wildlife from the window of your home! Relax in the private hot tub which can be accessed from the Master and main living space. Grill on the spacious deck. Soak in the over-sized 2 person Jacuzzi tub in the Mater or revitalize in the large two person shower.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to reservation date. Cancel 30-60 days prior to reservation will result in forfeit of deposit. Less than 30 days, no refund unless we re-book those days. All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 processing fee.

This is THE place you want to be! The owners are extremely friendly and accomodating. Need extra air mattresses? Got it! Have any questions? Answered! Mention you are arriving at 11:00 pm? Everything as promised! Great view, best location for USAFA and The Pinery for our son's wedding. Better than a hotel for large family to gather and not more expensive.

If you want excellence this is it. Not only is the property amazing, the treatment from the owners is over the top. They go out of their way to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Truly the best of both worlds in service and accomodations.

I was a part of the worship team that stayed at this house in September 2008. This was by far the most relaxing vacation house I have ever stayed. Every morning I enjoyed a cup of coffee on the deck looking over the Colorado landscape. I'm already talking to my husband about returning in Summer 2009 for a family vacation!

This was the coolest place ever. It was so relaxing, and the view was awesome. The owners really outdid themselves to make the house feel comfortable, and the kitchen and grill rocked. It was the best week ever. Thanks so much.
