The Bahama House it is a beautiful new home located on a quiet peaceful bay called Coco Bay on the island of Green Turtle Cay, Abaco Bahamas. The Bahama House has 4 bedrms/3 bathrooms, A/C, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, disposal, recessed lightning, stainless steel appliances including ice/water in the refrigerator door and all the appliances you have at home. The home features a large open living/dining area with cathedral ceilings, recessed lightning, a copula, ceiling fans, a flat screen TV & desk with a VHF radio to communicate around the island. The great room is a wonderful place to gather and exchange stories following a day outside enjoying the tropics. A wrap around deck completes the home featuring a 60' porch and step down to a huge sun deck to enjoy the magnificent view of Coco Bay during the day and the absolutely incredible stars at night.The laundry room has large freezer for provisions plus a washer/dryer.
