This place was incredible. Very clean and located in a safe and family friendly neighborhood. The owner was very accommodating ensuring we had a street parking permit as well as purchasing a crib for my child so that we didn't have to pack one. Close to grocery stores and local restaurants. Just a half a block away from a great park and neat view of the bay (including Alcatraz). The homes surrounding this property are impressive. Would stay here over and over again. The only limiting thing we found was it was hard to cook a full meal given the limited number of pots/pans, but we ended up not cooking as much as we had planned anyway due to exhaustion after a full day of activities.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Had a great time staying in this apartment. It was clean and tidy and the perfect size for the five of us. The location was very good for exploring San Francisco. Tanya was very helpful and was a pleasure to do business with. We'd have no hesitation in recommending this as a lovely place to stay.

Great accommodation, nice area

This a nice two bedroom ground floor apartment. There were five of us staying and there was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Everything was very clean and well presented with plenty of towels etc. and the owner, Tanya, was very helpful and available with local advice. Parking was quite easy to find and there is a nice park nearby, it's also on a bus route if you don't have a car. Not too far from Fisherman's Wharf.
The apartment is accessed by a side path and has a small garden although it was too cold to sit outside! Only thing we missed was a frontal view to the apartment, so no people watching!

Comfortable, lovely appartment in beautiful area

This is a comfortable and well equipped appartment (comfortable beds and piles of towels!), with a lovely garden as a bonus. We spent five days here on our first trip to the US, we loved San Francisco and especially the Pacific Heights area where the house is located. Beautiful, safe and quiet, with lively streets with shops and restaurants, such as Fillmore, just a few blocks away. Busstop just a few steps. Tanya was very friendly and helpful with information on parkings, public transport and sights to see. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. In short: a great place to stay. Thank you, Tanya!

We loved it!

We had a wonderful time in San Francisco. The apartment is gorgeous, spacious and totally equipped. The location is fantastic walking distance to Fillmore Street, you will find on that street all kind of restaurants, and shops. if you want to go to downtown or Fisherman Wharf the buses are at the door of the apt. Thanks, Tanya, we are looking forward to coming back next year..
