This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is on the first floor. New furnishings, complete linens, a fully furnished kitchen has everything you will need. Satellite with movies, CD player, an icemaker, utility room with washer and dryer, outside barbecue gas grill. Enjoy a family dinner or listen to music on the outside patio that can accommodate 4 comfortably. There is also one boat slip and a jet-ski ramp for your use at the condo.

Activities and Attractions: Pool with hot tub is only 20 steps out the back door with numerous garden furniture to relax. Play in the water by day, then watch the sunset from the deck in the evening; the back of the house views looking at the yacht club and surrounding hill country. It is enjoyable day or night. Lake LBJ is a constant level lake so you can always enjoy boating, fishing, skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. There are numerous restaurants nearby, golf courses, boats and wave runners for rent at the marina. Horseshoe Bay's private airport is located five minutes from the property. Austin is less than an hours drive; shop in Marble Falls, Johnson City, Fredericksburg or visit San Antonio.
