Our stay was terrific. Our group of nine 20-something guys was in Phoenix/Scottsdale for a bachelor party weekend. We got a ton of use of the basketball court; enjoyed the flat screen TV for the Big Ten basketball tournament; the pool was nice after working up a sweat playing basketball. The house is clean and beds are comfortable. Plenty of space, beds, bathrooms for nine people. Attentive staff allowed us to check in a couple hours early and made sure our needs were met. The only downfalls were the $40 cab ride to Old Town Scottsdale and not enough hot water to allow all of us to shower within a couple hours. Neither was a major problem at all. I highly recommend staying at this house.

My husband and I rented the house to stay in with our 16 year old daughter and two of her friends! The house suited us very well. The location was great. We had never been to the Phoenix area before and would definitely go back. It was very easy to communicate with the owner via e-mail and getting into the house went very smoothly and as pre-planned. The Wal-Mart was only a mile away and we did a lot of our grocery shopping there. We went to Applebee's just up the road as well. Made it to Camelback Mountain and Tonto National Forest. We saw an amazing sunset on our last night at Hole in the Rock in Papago Park. Well worth the visit. I would definitely stay at the house again and would recommend it to friends or family planning a trip to the area.

Perfect for a family that wants to have FUN!!!!!!!!1

we are a family with 7 children. This was a great house for us. The Girls enjoyed the Pool and sun and the boys playedtill midnight-in the house!
The home was very clean and comfortable and everthing worked well. the location is very central and we were able to get to everthing in and around phoeinx easily.
We would definitly consider comming back!

Homeowner provided excellent service. All my questions were answered before I came and when I got there. The home was super clean and organized. I loved the mattresses in all the bedrooms, very comfy. Centrally, located could get to Scotsdale or Surprise, AZ for spring training games or hiking. This home is perfect if you have boys!

We had a great experience renting this home. The location was good with nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The accomodations were better as there was plenty of space, plenty of clean beds for a good nights rest, and the amenities such as Basketball and Pinball always kept us entertained. The key piece however is the home owner was reasonable and accomodating with our needs which is never advertised, but makes or breaks whether one would recommend it. We would rent it again.
