Duplex Apartment, 2 + 1 bedrooms, 2.5 + 1 bathrooms, Sleeps 1 - 6 people + 2

A stylish unit located in the centre of Amsterdam, just 10 minutes walking from the Museum District and Leidse Square, overlooking Central Park (Vondelpark). Shops, supermarkets, cinemas, theaters are nearby. Safe area. Tram 1 stops by door. The apartment has been recently renovated and it features all modern conveniences:international TV, WiFi, internet, DVD, Playstation.

Lots of character of a 1906 building, original high ceilings, ensuite large doors, hardwood floor and central heating. Quiet and lots of light.

Large living room with comfortable sofa bed, flat TV, DVD, etc. and French balcony. Huge and stylish dining kitchen US style with place for 8 people. 2 bedrooms, one with large walk-in closet, one with study area and ensuite bathroom, both totally independent from each other. Total of 2 and a half bathrooms.

All comfort!

This unit has an annex with another bedroom, livingroom, kitchen and bathroom, that can be rented in combination with (at extra charge).

Located on a lively large avenue, running along the central park of the city (Vondelpark). This park is the centre of activity of the city during good weather times, with open-air concerts, competitions, children´s pool, etc.

Shops, supermarkets, sport clubs, bicycle rental shops, cinemas, theaters are all nearby. 10 minutes walking to Leidse square, the 'Times Square of Amsterdam', and Museum District. Tram number 1 stops by door, making transportation really easy to the rest of the city, Central Station and the airport.

Bike rental downstairs. Car rental right in front of the apartment (Hertz). Other car rental companies available on the street.

very nice apartment in Amsterdam!!

Very well located apartment and with a great park just in front of it!! The apartment is confortable, big, clean and with all the equipment needed to spend some vacation time!! The owner is so nice and kind to the rentals!! We spend a very very good time in Amsterdam and in the apartment!! We would recommended!!!!
It's a petty that holland people enjoy making those very steep stairways... ;)

Great apartment, great area and super nice owner!

This trip to Amsterdam was one of my best trips ever and I must say that big part was because of our accomodation. The pictures are 100% real and the beds are very confortable, specialy the one upstairs. Actually I don't normally sleep well when travelling, but this time I felt like home! All types of dishes, forks and stuff for the kitchen were available. There are even some notes in Spanish and English explaining you how things work. Is all done for you! The owner was very flexible with check-in/out times which helped us a lot!

I would recomend this apartment for friends and family.

What a Great Apartment!

I must say this is an awesome flat, comfortable, spacious, clean, well decorated and with all the equipment a house needs, everything is working properly, well located and connected with public transport, you do not feel like in a rented flat, you feel like home! And because that, we ALL will go back again!
