This condo features wood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, fireplace, game room and flat screen TV in every room. All of your needs are answered including all bedding and towels. Walk to the pier or the boardwalk, stroll through downtown shops or dine out on a deck watching the sunset. You'll come back year after year.

    *July 4th week (June 29 - July 6, 2013) --- $3,000 wk
    *Coast Guard Festival (July 27 - August 4, 2013) --- $3,000

    Saturday check out: 10:00 am

    Security deposit of $500 (which includes a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee) is required to hold your week. Balance of rental fee: 50% due 3 months prior to arrival; 50% due 30 days prior to stay. The balance of security deposit (less $150 non refundable cleaning fee) will be refunded after your stay. A cancellation fee of 50% of the rental fee will be charged if reservation cancelled two weeks prior to arrival date.
  • Security Deposit $500 (includes non refundable cleaning fee of $180). A cancellation fee of 50% of rental amount will be charged if reservation cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. Beginning June 1, 2013, 8% Tax will be accessed (2% Tourism Tax, 6% State Use Tax)

For extra guests, the living room sofa holds a queen size pull out and there is a queen size Eddie Bauer inflatable bed in the upstairs walk in closet.

My family and I have stayed there for the past 2 years and will stay there again. We love it! Close to the beach and the downtown area. House is pristine and has everything you will need!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Oh, by the way! The City of Grand Haven is adding a new shuttle service for Summer 2012! The trolley can be flagged anywhere along Harbor Dr. for a ride to and from the beach for $1 per person round trip! So convenient for our guests staying at 27 Howard. Thought you should know!

Top notch house in walking distance of everything

We were VERY happy with our stay last August. The house was fully stocked with every item we needed, all we needed to do was buy the food and we were set! Beautiful amentities, great location. We will stay again next year. 3 families fit very confortably.

The description of "Cottage on Howard" is spot on! Every item in the home is first class. The location to downtown, the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, trolley tour, fishing charters and the state park is perfect. All are easily within walking distance. Celebrating my parent's 60th anniversary at this home with 6 family members was comfortable and convenient. Make sure you catch the sunset out by the lighthouse as you watch all the boats return to dock... Spectacular! Thank you Karen for being so welcoming and attentive!
