This condo provides the perfect place for year round activities. With access to a private very large garage on the ground floor, carrying many items up and down the stairs is a thing of the past. Great for storing a truck or boat full of fishing or beach gear.

Also a great getaway in a nice quiet and small community for Winter Texans!

This is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed at in Port Aransas! It was located within walking distance of shops and restaurants, definetly a huge plus! The condo was amazing! Very spacious and well taken care of! I recommend it to everyone I know and look forward to going back again!

Thanks for sharing your home with us! It's a beautiful place! The rooms are a good size, the beds are very comfortable, and the private balcony overlooking the pool is a nice view. This is our first time staying here, and look forward to many more stays while visiting Port A.

An Oasis in the Middle of Port A

We stayed Monday, August 2 - Friday, August 6, 2010. We have stayed at several different places in Port A over the last 13 years and this was our favorite. The garage is so great for storage of beach gear. It is also great to park your car out of the sun and in the safety of the garage. The pool is amazing! You also have a super pool view off of the deck, just like the picture shows you. It is so easy to walk to shops and even the grocery store, yet we didn't hear any "city noise". It was so peaceful. As other reviewers have said, the owners are extremely efficient in answering questions, making the reservation, and taking good care of you. My only suggestion is that you might want to take some linens with you. Towels were provided for 4 and we had 5 in our party. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was a luxury to have three televisions. We had three teenagers and no one had to fight over what to watch. We would love to stay here again!

There were 7 of us that stayed at this property and we all loved it! it was clean, the pool was cool and relaxing, and the property had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. we will definately be staying here again next year! the owners always got back to me very quickly when I had questions. It was an awesome trip!

Great Weekend Getaway

Nice and relaxing place! Pool and balcony were my choice spots while hubby like walking the beach. The property is very well kept and shopping is very close. The owner responded quickly and was very nice. I would definately recommend this place to anyone looking for a get-away vacation!
