- From November through May, Highway 148 through Cedar Breaks National Monument is closed while winter conditions persist. In addition, Highway 143 between Brian Head and Panguitch Lake frequently closes during winter storm events. As a result, your ability to travel to and from the property may be impacted during this time. Before traveling, please research the current road conditions and plan accordingly.
- The Suites at our property are not equipped with air-conditioning. Before traveling, please review the upcoming weather forecasts and plan accordingly.
