Beautiful, upscale coastal complex!: Amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from your balcony! Our entire complex has been newly landscaped, the clubhouse bath and shower facilities updated. We are located with very convenient access to the I-5, yet in our own private cul-de-sac community on the coast. Just a few minutes from Torrey Pines State Park and an easy walk in the other direction to Old Del Mar; its about one mile drive to the horse track and fairgrounds.

Adventure and Sporting opportunities abound!: Nearby are numerous world-class golf courses. A bicycle path is on the street through our complex and contiues through our ending cul-de-sac, along the beach trail to the Torrey Pines State Beach and Park. Great Hikes, Kayaking, Scuba-Diving, Parasailing, Sailing and Power Boating are available in closeby areas.

Cultural Events and Shopping!: Del Mar offers a plethora of activities and events throughout the year and has varied shopping opportunities.

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay here in August 2009. It was amazing! The condo was well-cared for. All of the appliances were hardly used and in excellent condition. The owner (Judy) was so kind and friendly. There was an excellent view of the ocean. At night, we could lay in bed and hear the waves. The view from the bluff was breathtaking! The pool and tennis courts were nice, as was the location. There were many things close by, yet the condo felt like it was away from everything. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!
