Relax to the mesmeriziung sounds of the surf, the awe-inspiring whitewater ocean views, and spectacular sunsets right from your private balconies, your living room and your own bedroom. This newly landscaped, ocean-front, cul-de-sac community is convenient to major highways yet quiet and private.

The 1250 sq ft 2-story townhome is recently renovated to welcome the most discerning guests. It is the end unit next to treed, private property.

A few minutes along the great walking trail just outside your door leads you along the bluff or beach to the Torrey Pines State Park and world class Golf Course - or a few minutes to the North brings you to the Del Mar Beach Park.

Beautiful, upscale coastal community !: Spectacular whitewater views of the Pacific Ocean from the living room and master bedroom and more awesome from their private balconies !

Our entire complex has been newly landscaped, the clubhouse bath and shower facilities updated, new work-out room added..

We are located with very convenient access to the I-5, yet in our own private cul-de-sac community on the ocean bluff. Just a few minutes North of Torrey Pines State Park and an easy walk South to Old Del Mar; its about one mile drive to the horse track and fairgrounds.

Adventure and Sporting opportunities abound!: Almost within sight from this townhome is the Torrey Pines Golf Course and nearby are several more world-class golf courses.

A bicycle path passes through the street behind our complex and contiues on along the beach trail to the Torrey Pines State Beach and Park.

Great Hikes, Kayaking, Surfing, Scuba-Diving, Parasailing, Sailing and Power Boating are available in closeby areas.

Cultural Events and Shopping!: Del Mar offers a plethora of activities and events, cultural and sporting, throughout the year and presents seemingly unlimited shopping opportunities.

Ski:

For the best skiing, come to Colorado ! My other home is in Summit County, where I have 5 ski resorts less than 30 minutes away.

Golf:

Tee times can easily be scheduled on-line for many local golf courses.

Hidden Slice of Heaven

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay here in August 2009. It was amazing! The condo was well-cared for. All of the appliances were hardly used and in excellent condition. The owner (Judy) was so kind and friendly. There was an excellent view of the ocean. At night, we could lay in bed and hear the waves. The view from the bluff was breathtaking! The pool and tennis courts were nice, as was the location. There were many things close by, yet the condo felt like it was away from everything. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!
