This spacious prime location condo features 1100 square feet with three bedrooms and two full baths. It will accommodate a maximum of eight guests with two queen beds, two twin beds plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Whether you dine out or in, the kitchen is well equipped and opens to a bay front dining and living area. Watch the sun set over the bay from the furnished patio or balcony. For your convenience, each unit has a washer and dryer. Additionally, Wi-Fi, two parking spaces, and all linens and towels are included.

Bay Club is a dog only resort. The property charges and collects a pet fee for 1 dog is $125 before tax, 2 dogs are $185 before tax - sorry no more than 2 dogs allowed per unit and cats, or other animals are not allowed at this property.

We take a refundable deposit of $250 per week (maximum of $1,000 for reservations 4 weeks or longer). Deposit is taken by credit card at check-in.

Please note the minimum booking age is 21. Minimum check-in age is also 21 (photo ID is required).
