About this property

***Please note: for the summer of 2024, we will be having construction on the back part of the property from 7am-5pm M-F. It will not interfere with driveway or water access, but it may be loud at times. Please keep that in mind when booking!***

Cozy, charming cottage with: two bedrooms, each with queen size bed, one bath, outdoor fireplace/grill, indoor wood stove, sandy beach, boat dock with room for 1 boat - note - deep enough for an inboard, screened-in porch with table and chairs, comfortable queen sized futon, 48 hi-def TV with roku in living area, 32" TV in Master bedroom, free high speed internet, DVD player, kitchen with: fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven and stove.

Located in the friendly town of Conway just 10 minutes from North Conway, New Hampshire. Wal-mart, Shaws, and Hannaford are conveniently located nearby.

*Things to consider:
Linens and towels are *NOT* provided.

From July 6 - Sept 1, cottage require a 7 night stay Saturday - Saturday (Longer stays are also OK)

Cabin is also available for winter/ ski season rental - November to April. Please inquire!

The owners will have a boat on the dock during the summer months, so you may see us from time to time using it. We will try to keep any disturbances to a minimum. (There is room on the dock for 2 total boats - so please feel free to bring yours!)

Lastly - there are 2 Blink cameras, both outside - 1 facing the driveway and 1 facing the dock. Upon arrival, I will turn the driveway one off, but the one facing the dock will remain on to keep an eye on the boat.

Conway Lake

Great location! Close to the Mt Washington Valley and North Conway. Can.p and property is as listed and gorgeous. Very private.

September week on Conway Lake

Property was very clean and just as posted on VRBO. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the very high steps for entering the house. Not safe, especially for older folks. No handrail. Also swing overlooking the lake is falling apart.

Relaxing getaway

Love the close proximity to town while being on the edge of a beautiful lake. The spacious lawn was a nice feature.

Private paradise

Love, love, loved this rental. It was our own private cabin on a beautiful lake. So peaceful and the fall colors were just reaching their peak. The perfect place for vacationing with our dog and the tie-out down by the lake was very appreciated. We used the kayaks to explore the lake and even caught a couple of bass. Took daily walks and explored the trails just down the road. Note to owner - the battery in the remote for the bedroom TV needs to be replaced. It has an Apple box that I was able to use my iPhone to control:). We would highly recommend this rental as a home base for exploring the White Mountains and Mount Washington as it is the perfect distance for day trips.
