Great two bedroom one bath condo with a pool located within 5 minutes of downtown and is walking distance to the Peppermill Casino and beautiful Virginia Lake. This two bedroom one bath condo is in a keyed-entry building and has all the amenities of a larger home. The building has an elevator and is wheel chair friendly. This condo is perfect for a single person, a couple or a small family. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and big screen TV and a sliding glass door opens onto a balcony that has outdoor seating and a gas grill. The balcony looks out over a nicely landscaped court yard area and directly to your right you are overlooking the complex's outdoor swimming pool which is provided for your enjoyment. The complex's laundry facility is located in the building next to the pool.
