Our two-bedroom, two-full bath, first floor condominium is located in Seascape Resort, a gated community just East of Destin.

Seascape is designed in and around an intimate but challenging par 71 golf course, and our patio is just a few steps from the 16th green. It is a short walk from our front door to the BEACH. Seascape owns 2000 feet of snow-white BEACH with the well-known 'Whales Tail' restaurant and beach bar. Enjoy a great view while enjoying a meal on the covered deck, or your favorite drink at the bar and watch the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf!

There are 5 pools, one is heated, available for your use, as well as tennis and golf. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is one mile away; restaurants are abundant. Miniature golf, water rides, Deep Sea Fishing, Gulfarium, Sightseeing, Parasailing, Jet skiing, are nearby all ready for sun, fun, and relaxation!

MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 YEARS

$200.00 non-refundable deposit required to secure the reservation, deposit is applied to your rent.
We only rent to families who agree to clean the unit themselves, and leave it as they would expect to receive it.
$150.00 cleaning and key deposit, refunded upon cleaning and return of the keys.

2012 Total with taxes and deposit:
Summer rate $1000.00 + 115.00 + 150.00 = $1,265.00
Spring Break 750.00 + 86.25 + 150.00 = $ 986.25
Spring 700.00 + 80.50 + 150.00 = $ 930.50

I have stayed at the condo many times and have had many enjoyable experiences. The condo is well maintained and very relaxing. It is located near the Outlet Mall, Publix, and Barnes and Noble. You can either walk to a pool or to the beach. You can also drive to the beach and park in the parking lot provided for Seascape visitors.

This condo is on the ground floor which is great because my husband is in a wheelchair and access to the condo is extremely easy. Also the bathrooms are handicapped accessible. This is very important.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
