Wonderful Resort style executive/family vacation home located in coastal Carlsbad, Ca. Our home is just minutes away from miles of sandy beaches, Legoland, Four Season's Resort Aviara, La Costa Resort & Spa and world class golfing. We are 15 minutes north of Del Mar Race track, and just 30 minutes north of the San Diego international airport. The San Diego Zoo as well as Wild Animal Park are both 25-30 minutes away with Disneyland 1 hour north of our home. This well maintained and highly upgraded vacation home features 5 bedrooms and 4.25 baths, with a fantastic solar heated salt water pool/spa (child proof gate) and outdoor built-in BBQ area for entertaining. Plenty of room for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing great family vacation.

Better than a 5 Star Hotel with a Private Pool

This was a fabulous place to stay, you will want for nothing except for more time here. We had a family reunion and this was the perfect location. The pool was wonderful the kids rarely left it and the outdoor amenities were great for entertaining. The house itself is beautiful and impecably decorated. The kitchen has everything you need and we cooked every night for a lot of people. Everything is close by - the beach, legoland, Costco, Ralphs and not too far is Sea World and The Zoo although we had so much fun hanging out we didn't make it to the amusement parks. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel with a private pool. I highly recommend this place and the owners couldn't be nicer or more accomodating. We'll be booking our trip for 2010.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

The Arizona & Texas Family Renuion

Our family spent a long time looking at houses. We initially wanted one right on the beach for the 10 of us but this house kept coming up as our favorite. Because we have grown children and grandchildren it was important for us to have the 5 bedrooms for the households. We made the perfect decision. Our family already wants to come back next year to this house and to say that after you've been together for a week is quite something! We felt so welcome in this beautiful home and would recommend it to everyone! I think next time we'll just hang at the house and forget all the sightseeing. It meant a lot to us that the family owners cared enough to have such nice things for their guests to use. They went above and beyond the necessities. It will be hard act to follow if we stay anywhere else in the future.

Awesome

I invited my children and families to a vacation in the San Diego area for summer of 2009. We didn't want to stay in a hotel or resort because we just enjoy getting together, cooking, playing games. So in June, 3 households came together at this beautiful home. The home was more than we could have asked for. Meals were prepared in the beautiful kitchen. We all were able to have our own rooms. Granddaughters enjoyed that. Easy drive to San Diego. We would get home and enjoy the pool and spa. Beach not far. The pictures do not do justice to this house and the hospitality that is offered when we got there and met the owners. If we decide to vacation in this area again. We will definitely check availablty of this house.

We stayed in this home and can tell you that it is impeccably decorated and appointed. You will want for nothing. The yard and the pool are most pleasurable. The location is perfect for time on the beach or in the cities. So many things to do and places to visit in this area. We highly recommend this for a pleasure or business stay. You will not be disappointed.
