NO WEEKEND RENTALS

Beautiful new home with front and side porches,great outdoor shower,ect. Just blocks away are Island Beach State Park, Marina ,& Bay. Sunsets are magnificent, & you are 2 miles from Seaside's famous boardwalk, with weekly fireworks Places to crab, fish off piers, rent wave runners. or walking distance to great BYOB restaurants.

Notes on beach access: There are many beach options in this area, Seaside Public beach, pay per day right in front of boardwalk. You can also apply for daily entrance fee to state park beach per carload. Or 2 beach badges free, with rental for public beach. No badge required for bayfront at end of block.

Boardwalk and great waterpark a 5 minute drive. Kayak and canoe rentals within walking distance. Small children's park right on the bay with penned in bathing for safer fun. Boat launch around the corner,and crabbing dock a few minutes away.

Beautiful cottage, 3 houses from the bay providing exceptional sunsets and beautiful walks. You can see the bay form the awesome wrap around porch. The house is only three short blocks from the beach and two blocks from Island Beach State Park. The beach is spacious and the area is not crowded. There are at least four restaurants within walking distance. We arrived and literally parked our cars for the week! It is a beautiful peaceful place!

The house had everything you need, it was as described by owner who was very accommodating . Would recommend to others. Nice porch and great outside shower after the beach. Walking distance to 3 restaurants with great Happy Hours.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
