San Francisco Vaca W/ View, Movies, Wifi, Airport Pickup + Dropoff

You cannot do better in The Castro than this clean, perfectly-located spot with a host who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. The walk up the hill is worth it for the million dollar view. Thanks, Andy! Especially appreciated your recommendations AND the trip to the airport.

This apartment is very well located, I found that it was in the center of the city, perfect to discover every part of it. Located in Castro, there is everything you need around: restaurants, bars, grocery store, electric bus stop in front of the building. Subway station and historic "F" Line are a few blocks away (10-minute walk) and bring directly to downtown or anywhere in the city. Rooms are exactly the same you see on the pictures: full kitchen, one closed room and a very comfortable "hide-a-bed". The view of downtown SF is pretty nice since the apartment is on 2nd floor.

Andy, the host, is amazing: he picks you up at the airport at low cost, he gives a lot of tips about the city, parking, public transit, points of interest, etc. He offers wifi, satellite television, and a laundry service. Ask him about the history of his house and the city, you will learn some interesting things!

If you want to discover SF with a center located home base and a very helpful host, this apartment is for you!

Nous avons adoré cet appartement à San Francisco, et l'aide de Andy, propriétaire, dans notre visite est non négligeable. Patient et compréhensif face aux touristes qui ne sont pas familiers avec l'anglais comme nous, il nous a donné beaucoup de trucs pour s'orienter dans la ville, pour y conduire, se stationner, utiliser les transports en commun, etc. Il a commencé en nous conduisant de l'aéroport à l'appartement et en nous faisant un petit tour guidé du quartier, ce qui nous a bien aidé pour repérer restaurants, épiceries, et transports en commun.

L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos. Parfait pour 2 personnes, très convenable pour 4 (le divan-lit qui remplit le salon est confortable). Pas l'appartement le mieux insonorisé, mais l'immeuble est vraiment très très tranquille, ça n'a donc pas posé problème. Il y a un arrêt d'autobus au pied de la porte, et 10 minutes de marche suffisent à rejoindre le métro qui mène au centre-ville, ou ailleurs. L'emplacement est vraiment parfait pour rejoindre efficacement tous les coins de la ville.

Nous recommandons cet appartement à ceux qui cherchent un endroit simple et complet pour vivre la vie de quartier de San Francisco!
