Conveniences: This Victorian home is convenient to downtown attractions. You can be right in the middle of the downtown festivities and return to a quiet residential neighborhood for relaxation within a 5 minute walk. Feel free to leave your car in the driveway while you walk to the beach, downtown amusements, shops, miniature golf, and restaurants.

A special invitation to Autumn Enthusiasts -- Nice weather, no crowds. Many activities go on in OOB during this season. For example, check out the Bike fest (motorcycle showcase), Tow Truck and Meet Parade, and Antique Car Show, all which usually occur in mid September. The House: This house is a lovely, updated Victorian, which sleeps 11 people comfortably. The house is spacious and has a nice traffic flow, original period woodwork, and a modern gourmet kitchen...granite countertops, a microwave, cooktop, stove, and ceramic tile floors, The backyard is private with a patio set, electric and charcoal grills, and a fire pit. Plenty of off-street parking in the driveway for yourself and visitors. The house sits on the back of the lot so you have a good sized front yard as well. In the outdoor shed, you will find some skim boards.

Nearby Attractions: If you want to venture outstide of OOB, you'll find plenty to do. Go charter-boat fishing, kayaking, visit the theme parks, the breweries, water slides, the port of Portland, and Scarborough race track. Go to the outlets - Freeport and LL Bean are nearby as well as the Kittery Outlets. Take your pick.

Visit nearby Scarborough, Camp Ellis, and Kennybunkport. Enjoy a fun-filled family vacation with something to do for EVERYONE or just relax! Library a few minutes away for you book lovers, computer users, etc.

It offers a relaxing, yet elegant home to vacation in with your family and friends. The home features period woodwork, a spiral columned archway, and a thoroughly modern kitchen with Italian tile flooring, Corian counter tops, and an over-sized cook-top/griddle. For your enjoyment, there is an air hockey table located in the basement, skim boards, boogie boards etc. located in the shed, and a variety of board games, books, and DVDs available should you choose to unwind after a day at the beach. Smoking is allowed outside only.
