This charming two-story building with private pool is one of the best places to rent Miami vacation apartments. L’etoile is one of only a few places to stay in Miami, Florida’s Art Deco area that has its own parking. Unit C is a 650 square foot vacation rental on the second-floor of L’etoile. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and will accommodate up to four people.
The high ceilings and exposed beams in Unit C add character to its already tastefully decorated décor. The spacious living room is furnished with a modern black leather couch and chair and a black fold-out futon and coffee table. Beside the Art Deco style, faux fireplace is a plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. Between the living room and the kitchen is a large dining area with a contemporary glass dining table and four chairs. From the dining area guests may access the private 2nd floor terrace. This terrace overlooks the tropical backyard pool area and is equipped with table and chairs. The kitchen is bright and sunny with white counters, new cabinetry and new all white appliances.
This master bedroom has a, king-size bed, night tables, dresser and a large closet with a safe for guests to store their valuables. The European style bathroom has floor to ceiling marble, designer vanity and glass enclosed shower with a large rainfall shower-head.
