House Layout Main Floor: From the cozy covered front porch you step into the open floor plan with large family room with two sofas that fold out into king beds, two additional chairs, and 47” flat screen TV. Next is the dining table that seats 6 and seating for an additional 5 at the bar counter. The well-stocked kitchen has everything the cook needs right down to the spices. There is a washer and dryer in this area as well so you can avoid packing your entire wardrobe. Down the hall on this level are a full bath and a bedroom with two twin beds.

House Layout Second Floor: Upstairs there is a large master suite with king bed, a 38” flat screen TV and king fold out sofa. The master bath is large with spacious closet, Jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. There is a covered porch off the master that is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails and you can catch a glimpse of the gulf from between the trees. At the back of the house upstairs is an enormous bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and a fold out sofa. There are two closets in this room and a full bath.

Outside and Guest Cottage: Exit the rear of the house to the private swimming pool and patio area. There is an outdoor shower to get the sand off and table and chairs for outdoor dining. Perhaps you will grill out on the natural gas grill. Next to the pool is the guest cottage. This bungalow features a king size bed in the bedroom with a spacious closet and full bath and a family room with a king sized fold out sofa and a mini kitchen (sink, microwave, coffee pot, and dishes). All rooms have TVs and DVD players.
