This beautiful home is located in a nice, quiet development and is just minutes away from all major theme parks, golf courses, and shopping. It sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a garden tub and double sink. The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds which are all located near the second full bathroom. The master bedroom, master bathroom and living room all lead out to the enclosed pool and spa which has a child safety gate.

Great house

We go down to Disney every year and usually stay at villa. This was definitely our favorite of all. Villa is located close to parks, restaurants and stores. Very big house, can accommodate a large company. The house very nicely decorated. Very clean and very comfortable. Owners are pleasant people to deal with. Will stay here again. THANK YOU!!!!

Great Vacation Home

We recently went Disney World and had a wonderful stay at this home. This home is spacious and super clean. It obvious that owners take pride in their home and keep everything in great condition. Our family especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was great to come back to this wonderful home each day after a full day of fun at the Disney theme parks. This property is centrally located and just minutes from all the Disney parks as well as other area attractions such as Sea World and Universal Studios. The owners were excellent to work and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Disney World.

Clean and Comfortable Home Away From Home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The listing is accurate and the owners are very easy to work with. Everything we were hoping for was in this home. It is very clean and super close to the highway that takes you right to the parks. The kids (ages 7, 9 and 11) loved the pool and having their own rooms......each with a TV! The home was a great value with a great location and nice people to work with.

The PERFECT Orlando area rental

We recently stayed in this property, and upon first step in the door you could see it was clean, spacious, and well taken care of. The home is beautifully furnished, with all of the comforts of home. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this home was immaculate!!
We have 3 young children, and they loved spending time in the pool, and just "relaxing". It was truly the perfect little get-a-way for us all. The owners are very nice, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend without hesitation. Thank You for providing such a great rental property! We will be back!!

Wish all were this nice

My wife and I came to the area to view houses to purchase, and stayed here 2 nights. After looking at several similar sized homes online, and many in person throughout the area, we didnt see one quite as nice as this. Too bad it wasn't for sale, we would have given it serious consideration. Its easy to see why this home gets so many bookings and great reviews. Great job by the owners.
