This 17th floor unit has fabulous views up and down the coast! This unit has the living room and kitchen area opening up to your own private beach front Gulf of Mexico views! With 9 foot ceilings, granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, living room, balcony with electric grill, Plasma TV's in the living room and bedroom and high speed internet throughout.

Sterling Breeze is less than 1/2 mile from the new complex Pier Park on the west end of PC Beach strip.

Accomodations: Panama City Beach's newest and most luxurious beachfront condominium. Sterling Breeze is the perfect couples or family vacation destination.

Our 17th floor unit kitchen area is fully equipped with Whirlpool appliances and has everything you need to prepare a delicious home made meal or you can opt to cook steaks, burgers and hot dogs on the balcony electric grill! Enjoy your feast on the balcony's outdoor table and 4 chairs overlooking the coast!

The Living Room features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The entertainment console contains a 42' Samsung Plasma TV with expanded local cable television and HBO as well as a DVD player and stereo system. .

Bunk beds are located in the hallway just a few steps from the hall bathroom.

The washer and dryer are located off the kitchen with ironing board and iron to your convenience.

Wireless internet connection throughout this unit.

Sterling Breeze Property: Sterling Breeze main lobby area rivals those found in any big city with it's marble and hardwood floors! Sterling Breeze is located on the west end of the PC Beach strip 1/2 mile from Pier Park. Pier Park is the new beautifully landscaped mega entertainment complex with a 16 movie theater, national chain retailers specialty shops and a wide variety of restaurants including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville well within walking distance. On the way to Pier Park stop by Dusty's Bar and Grill and enjoy some local oysters and seafood, just a stone's throw from the Breeze!

Sterling Breeze is also located near Frank Brown Park where many athletic tournaments and special events are scheduled throughout the year and offer playgrounds, picnic areas, saltwater fishing pier and more.

The Breeze is conveniently located to Hwy 79 for quick access to the new International Airport.

  • Visa, Master Card or Amex accepted with 3.5% processing fee or personal checks due 30 days prior.
  • Age requirements: Must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under the age of 25 are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Valid ID's are required with contract.
    Occupancy: The maximum number of guests for this condo is 6. We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples or adults 25 years of age or older. Supervision of any minor is expected and appreciated. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.
    Taxes and Fees: 12% FL tax is added to all rentals. $90 exit cleaning fee is also added.
    Payment Method Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal checks.
    Deposit: $300 security deposit is due upon reservation via credit card or check. Rental fees with taxes and cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
    Deposit Refund: Will be mailed to you within 7 days after final cleaning and inspection of condo
  • Check In/Out: Check in is 4pm CST. Check out is 10am CST. If unit is ready you may check in early with approval of owner.
    INCOMING INSPECTION: For your protection please report any damage you see upon arrival of condo to keep from being billed upon departure.
    This is our 'Homeaway' so please treat as you would your own home and do not damage it's contents.
    Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation on or before the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the initial $300 deposit.
    Cancellation within the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless you have purchased trip cancellation insurance or unless you or we can rebook the unit for the same time period.

I rented this condo for my honeymoon and was NOT disappointed at all. The furnishings were beautiful, modern, and the place was meticulously clean when we arrived. The location is great-convenient to everything. The views from the balcony are awesome and we even saw dolphins jumping out of the water! We honestly could not have asked for more-a great value for your money. Scott is a pleasure to deal with and responds to any questions you have very promptly. We would definitely like to return one day! Thanks Scott for providing such a beautiful unit for us to spend our honeymoon!

Upscale and Convenience

This was a last minute trip and we couldn't have been more pleased once we opened the entry door and saw the ocean - what a spectacular view! The condo is nicely decorated, clean and is upscale and close to everything - just footsteps away! The grill is an added bonus!!! The dolphins were sure to put on a daily show and even came close to shore. We have never been to Florida in the Fall and this is the ideal time to visit as there are no "waiting" lines, weather is great and the beach is not packed.

Thank you Scott for sharing your wonderful home with us. We are wanting to come back in June / July 2013 and bring our 6 children and spouses and 6 grandchildren. We will be in search of a beach home rental with several bedrooms and bathrooms; therefore, please contact me if you have any connections!

We especially loved that our family was able to enjoy the scene of Panama City Beach without the party atmosphere that is associated with this travel destination. Awesome Condo!

We stayed at this condo twice this year already and both times it was nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The living room is nicely furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Scott is very pleasant to talk to, and we look forward to going back in 2012. This condo deserves 5 stars plus.
