You'll love the location. This small complex is one you'll return to. Starting with the covered parking to the pristine white beaches your stay will be relaxing and trouble free. Our place is spacious with over 1400 square feet. The large den overlooking the beach through glass doors. Walk thru the sliding glass door to a large patio with a picnic table overlooking the beach. It's a great place to enjoy the roar of the surf and view the gulf day or night. We love spending time with our family in the den and on the patio. The large loft offers a semi-private get away for quiet time and naps. There are 2 pull out couches to add sleeping area so you have plenty of room. Our place has recently been updated with tile floors in the kitchen and den. We have new appliances, counters, blinds, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender and lots of utensils for cooking meals. We are located on an area of the Gulf Coast that has miles of pristine white beaches. The water is fun to play in and invigorating on a summer day. You can choose from a leisurely walk on the beach to, volleyball, parasailing, jet skiing, surf fishing, or just sunning yourself. Additionally this area has some of the best salt water fishing in North America with thousands of man made reefs hosting many varieties of sport fish. We have biking, golfing, playlands, a wide variety of restaurants, and shopping. There is something here for everyone.

The bed rooms are newly carpeted while the living area of the unit is ceramic tile. Unlimited phone calls within the continental USA installed May 13, 2009. Hi Speed Internet cable installed May 13, 2009.

Great Place for Golfers: There are 5 beautiful golf courses within a 10 mile radius of our condo. They are Cotton Creek Golf Course, Gulf State Park Golf Course, The Golf Club of the Warf, Penisula Golf and Racquet Club, and Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Come and stay with us while you play them all.

Families Love it here: Our condo is located in a small complex of just 32 units. You'll love how relaxing it is to walk to and from the beach and not fight crowds. We have a central elevator and 3 sets of stairs for easy access. You can look out the kitchen window and see your children in the swimming pool. People are friendly and you'll love the low key and slow pace a smaller complex offers.

A wonderful spot for a Honeymoon: You will love the moon light walks on the beach. Our Condo offers an incredible view of the beach and sound of the surf all from our private balcony.

We all enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was perfect for our trip! The best part was having 'our' little spot on the beach easily assessible to the beach! Another plus was being centrally located to the super market and fresh fish market! Our teenager LOVED having her own space in the loft where she could hang out. The owner was super to work with!
This will definitely be a place we would rent again!
