Newly decorated contemporary condo. Has 2 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer/dryer, outside patio eating, hammock & grill. Located in the Eaton Village of the Ocean Edge Resort which is right in the middle of two of the largest pools on the Ocean Edge property. We are a first floor corner unit with plently of outdoor space for little ones to run around. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has twin bunk-beds & and a 3rd twin. Both bedrooms as well as the living room have TV's. There is internet access, air-conditioning, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, Dishwasher, Grill, patio furniture, hammock, Cable TV , washer & dryer, Linens included. Non smoking unit. No pets allowed. Condo is on a 18 hole championship golf course with access to: Pool & tennis, 3 restaurants, 3 pools, Health Club Facility, bike paths, and local brewster beaches. Pool passes included for access to the Arbor, Fletcher and Reef pools, all within walking distance.

Ocean Edge Resort includes several condo villages located around a Jack Nicholas designed golf course. Our condo is in Eaton Village which is walking distance to the 2 main pools (includes full showers, snack bar, indoor & out-door pools as well as kiddie pools). Close by is Nickerson State Park, a wilderness preserve right in the heart of Cape Cod. The paved and unpaved trails lead to fresh water ponds and beautiful pristine beaches. Or, get on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and go for miles and miles in either direction by foot, bike, or roller blade. Close to National Sea Shore and many beautiful area beaches. Water Bumper Boats, mini-golf and go-carts just a short 15 minute drive away. Perfect location for families - with so many options to choose from. Many amenities and local attractions. Centrally located for all cape destinations. Kids club available. Local cape summer and horse riding camps within a mile of the resort. Available for quiet fall and spring weekends

Property was in excellent shape. Loved the cottage decor. Clean, neat, well maintained - perfect for a family of 4. Owner was very responsive. I would definetely recommend this to a friend.
