The Orlando theme parks are 3 hours by car. Busch Gardens is approximately 2 hours away. The property is only 25 minutes from South West Florida International (Fort Myers) airport. Approximately 2 hours from Miami International or Tampa airports.

Activities: Local activities include boating, fishing, jet-skiing, golf, cycling, tennis, parasailing, swimming, diving, water skiing and windsurfing.
