Additional information about rental rates

  • A Florida tax of 10.5% plus an $85.20 cleaning fee will be assessed on all rentals less than 6 mos.
  • Resort Rental Program/Administrator: Our Spoonbill Resort Villa
    participates with the Resorts' Exclusive On-site Rental
    Program/Administrator who will process and register all rental
    agreements and will provide on-site services to our registered guests.
  • Deposit Requirements:
    The Resort's exclusive On-site Rental Program/Administrator shall
    collect all monetary transactions. A reservation deposit of 25% of
    the total rent is required at the time the rental agreement is
    signed, before a reservation can be confirmed. An additional 25% is
    due 90 days prior to the date of occupancy. A security deposit
    (refundable), cleaning fee and balance of rent are due the date of
    occupancy. Applicable sales and use tax is applied to all rental for
    less than six months.
