Location, Location, Location! Newly renovated condo with all the modern touches, in a perfect location. You can walk to everything from this condo. Located on the west end, on Atlantic Avenue (between Commercial Street and Bradford), this condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, and a nice pool area, enjoyed by only 3 condos in the association. You can enjoy the quiet time by the pool, or walk one block to the beach, boatslip, Joe's coffee, Muscle Beach Gym and many fine restaurants. On the top floor of a 3-unit condominium, this condo has views of the pool area, Pilgrim monument, and more. In-unit laundry, dishwasher, coffee machine, wireless Internet, 42' LCD television with DVD player, surround sound, and other amenities. Parking is available for one car, although it is unlikely you will need your car. This condo is within walking distance from the ferry. Monday to Monday rental avoids breaking up the weekend. Without a doubt, you'll be happy here!
