Come get away from it all! This cozy top-floor condo with colorful rooftop views has everything you need to enjoy a get-away in Provincetown. Located in the charming west-end of town, our home-away-from-home is a one-block walk from the Boat Slip, the beach, and lively Commercial St. where there's always plenty to do - from waterfront restaurants to art galleries to eclectic shops. By day, enjoy a short bike ride to Herring Cove/Race Point beaches. Don't want to exert that much energy? Just catch the seasonal shuttle across the street! By night, enjoy a short stroll into town and enjoy the bustling nightlife of Commercial Street. After a fun-filled day and night, you will be thankful for the short walk home! The condo is in walking distance to almost anything you might need during your stay: the grocery store, the town gym, Joe's coffee shop, the laundromat, and the Boston Ferry. Though parking is included for guests, a car is not essential!

We loved our stay....

My husband I stayed here for a week with our two-year-old and we loved it. The size of the condo was perfect for us and we enjoyed our time there in between running around P-town. There is space in the bedroom to store your clothes and in the bathroom for your toiletries which was nice. We enjoyed being able to cook in the kitchen and store food for snacking. The location is great for doing lots of walking or short drives to all there is to see. We spent lots of time on Commercial St., walked to a playground, the grocery store and laundromat and generally all around. I've recommended the condo to a friend and I would certainly stay there again as it's close to everything and very pleasant if you end up staying in.

This condo is the perfect cozy spot from which you can anchor your Provincetown getaway. Centrally located, you won't need your car to get around, nor will you need to hassle with parking as there are 2 dedicated spots for your use. We were thrilled with the location because we were close enough to walk everywhere, but one block removed from Commercial Street made it quiet enough to enjoy the quiet.
The condo is clean and well-furnished, and the kitchenette has all the supplies you'll need to cook for yourself. The deck is a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine and the panoramic view. This condo is a great value, and the owners were delightful to communicate with.

My Home Away from Home

I love this place. I have actually stayed here for the past three years for a total of 5 weeks during the summer. The owners couldn’t be any nicer and I now consider them party of my family.

The condo is approximately 4 houses away from Commercial Street and the Boatslip is right there. Joe’s Coffee is also close by as well. Ptown Bikes is right across the street which is convenient if you want to rent a bike for the day. The location is ideal and the house is located on a very quiet side street with beautiful homes.

The gardens are beautiful and always full with fresh flowers blooming. It is an ideal location for two people stay. It is remarkably clean and the owners go out of their way to make me feel like I’m at home. The view alone from the sundeck on the third floor is worth the price alone. It gets sun almost all day so you can sit and sun yourself at home if you don’t feel like going to the beach or to a pool.

The condo is filled with fresh linens and a lot extra beach towels as well. There are two huge air conditioners if needed and skylights in both rooms which always have kept the condo cool enough for me. I am so happy I have found this place, it is my “home away from home” and I am grateful for the friendship I have developed with the owners as well.
