Located 1 mile from world class Surfing spots such as Punta Roca, Zunzal, Conchalio, el Zonte and 7 miles from the town of La Libertad, this home offers all amenities in a complex that is surrounded by lush, green tropical forest in which you will see many species of rare tropical birds. The home has been newly remodel and offers brand new furnishings and appliances. It is attractively decorated and each of the four bedrooms have their own private bathroom and air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans indoors and out. Many delicious restaurants are found nearby and they all will deliver. The services of a cleaning lady are included, the cleaning lady can also prepare meals as desired. Two private terraces front and back invite you to relax and sip any of your favorite tropical drinks at the inviting outdoor bar. Steps to the private beach will take you through a wonderful lush tropical grove of plumeria and mango.
