This recently remodeled lakefront pool home is only 1.9 miles from the beach! Centrally located in Pinellas county, near Madeira Beach, Treasure Island & St. Petersburg/Tampa attractions. All rooms face the pool in this U-shaped custom built home- easy to keep an eye on kids in the pool from any room! All stainless steel new appliances, french doors, marble & granite throughout! The large screened-in pool overlooks a scenic lake & has lots of seating for outdoor entertaining! Lots of pool amenities & fishing poles - FISH IN your PRIVATE BACKYARD! Has 3 large bedrooms, 2 marbled baths & ample closet space w/ plenty of parking on this over-sized corner lot. Master bathroom has large jacuzzi tub and Flat screen TVs in every room! About Lana Lum

We are a family of three, with a 10 year old daughter. My husband was born in Europe, raised in Canada and settled here in the Tampa Bay area over 20 years ago. He is a real estate developer. I am a Floridian, grew up here, attended college in Tennessee, but came back 'home' to Florida. I own a marketing company & enjoy my vacation rentals. We have family in Canada, Switzerland, Tennessee and Michigan. We love the water, fishing, running & traveling. We are very familiar with this area & supply you with a 'welcome package' with ample area information/maps/recommended restaurants upon your arrival- we can aslo be a great resource for any special requests for your vacation.

House located within 10 minutes to downtown St Pete and only 30 Minutes to Tampa attractions, such as Busch Gardens, Lowrey Park Zoo and Adventure Island! This is located to have the best of both worlds- beach nearby and major attractions close! All Orlando Disney attractions are only 90 minutes away!

Other Activities: Snorkeling on the beach minutes away or enjoy lake fishing in backyard.

Feed the turtles, birds and baby ducks right in the backyard or just float in the pool and relax while tanning in the screened in lanai.

Great house perfect location!

We are very pleased with our stay in Lana's house in Bay Pines.
The house itself is in great shape and very spacious, location is perfect close to beaches, restaurants and so on. If madeira beach isn't exotic enough check out the Fort Desoto North Beach, it doesn't get any better.

Best of all is Lana herself, no request is a problem for her. When transfer money for rent she immediately respond with a confirmation that money has arrived. We found a sunbed broken, next day she arrived with new ones, no problem.

We flew from Stockholm Sweden to Tampa, it's a good 18 hours travel or so, but worth every minute and we would do it again, no doubt.

Thank you Lana for being a wonderful landlady!

Great Holiday Memories

The owner made our stay brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for her (including going out to buy a kettle for us Brits who like our tea!!). Lovely quiet villa on a beautiful lake with birds and turtles and the best pool ever - huge and lovely and warm. Easy to get to fab restaurants, shopping malls and beaches. Everything you could need was supplied. Rent with complete confidence knowing you'll come home with great holiday memories.

What a perfect experience! From the moment we walked in the door we knew we made the right choice! The attention to every detail (the crib, the baby security items in the kitchen, the bath bubble set...).

"Rachel and I truly enjoyed out family vacation because we were in your house. The proximity to a variety of beaches, the grocery store (4 minutes away), and of course the delicious pool made your home perfect for us!

Great Girls' Getwaway!

Met up with 3 girlfriends here and we had the most relaxing long weekend - we all wanted to stay longer! We had plans to get to the beach but why pack up the car when you can just stumble from your bed to the pool area!?! It rained on and off - but we were perfectly happy to move our chairs under the overhang and relax inside til the rain stopped. Even had pizza delivered poolside one day! We did get to the beach in the mornings to walk - public parking/access was a quick drive away and the beach is beautiful - very soft white sand!!. NOTE - the pool is deep almost the whole way around - fun for adults to lounge around on the floats, but good to know if you have little kids...

The house was spotless - very clean, beds comfortable, wifi worked, layout was great with almost every room (except 1 bedroom) overlooking the pool. The kitchen was beautifully updated and stocked with just about every utensil you could want, new appliances and tons of pretty dishes. They have beach chairs and pool floats.

Lana the owner/manager was fabulous! She was so friendly and responsive when I had questions prior to booking and while we were there - would've been fun to have her come hang out with us!.... we mentioned a flat tire on a bike she showed up the next day with a brand new bike!

I didn't see any previous comments about this but one of my favorite things about the house was the proximity to the Pinellas Trail - great for biking, running or rollerblading with a span over the Bay where a dolphin was spotted! The trail was just a few blocks away - hop on one of the bikes and check it out!

Definitely would recommend this home! Can't wait to go back!

North St. Petersburg Lake House = Perfect!

I have to say dealing with the homeowner was a breeze. She was responsive and so helpful that it made my stay most enjoyable. I was visiting St. Petersburg with a few friends for the weekend to race St. Anthony's Triathlon and needed a place to relax, unwind and settle in for a long race weekend. This was the perfect house, from the quiet neighborhood to the cleanliness of the house, I would recommend this house to a family or to get away for any period of time whether a week or longer.
