Luxury at Economy Prices

Being a central location, my wife and I, sons and their families met there for 5 nights. There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room. We saved a ton of money and enjoyed a great time. We had everything we needed, fenced back yard, bbq grill, patio furniture, wireless cable internet, washer and dryer, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There's an excellent grocery store a few blocks away towards downtown. With so many one way streets in Indianapolis, I would recommend a GPS device.
If there are as many in your party as ours, I would recommend packing an air mattress. There is room for at least one in every room, yes, even the center bedroom in the walk in closet where I slept. All bedrooms are upstairs.
At first, we were a little apprehensive about the neighborhood but after looking around and seeing families walking by and riding bicycles our fears were put to ease. There wasn't even a hint of any neighborhood problems.
We visited the Indianapolis Childrens Museum, Zoo, Lucus Stadium and a few other small attractions and had a wonderful time. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
