We are a family that has lived in many states over the last 6 years. We purchased our house in Indianapolis when my husband lived there in 2007. The house was completely gutted to the studs (was a duplex!)and we did most of the remodel work ourselves. We take a lot of pride in this house due to the sweat we put into it, and love to share our work with visitors coming to Indianapolis. Since then we have lived in Cincinnati,Omaha, and now we reside in Batavia, IL. I don't want to loose touch wiht our guests, so I manage our bookings personally. However due to the geographic distance, I have a local staff in Indy for cleaning and maintenance.

After our house was on the market for almost a year, we decided this was the best alternative to selling. I wouldnt look back, we love the opportunity to offer visitors a hotel alternative in Indianapolis!
This vacation home was outstanding! Clean, beautiful, comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 8. Everything in the home was the same as the pictures we saw online. The manager of this property went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even purchased cribs and highchairs for our babies! We had a truly wonderful stay in Indianapolis.
The house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the large living room, watched March Madness on the large TV and had easy access to the downtown area for a sporting event.
Plenty of street parking and plenty of bedding even for the futon and blow ups made it easy to fit all 10 adults. Would stay here again when back in town.
The owner, Ken, was easy to work with and was available for questions during our stay. The house was well maintained and the open space in the first floor was nicer than I expected from the online pictures. For the group of our size (6 ladies), it was perfectly sized, and its near downtown location was very convenient to the activities we planned for the weekend. The rental for the two nights was lower cost than getting two downtown hotel rooms and of course we would not have had a convenient space for shared game/card playing in hotel rooms. Our only remorse is due to the adverse winter weather, we could only stay in the house one night vs. our planned two nights. The group agreed that we would stay there again either as a group or with another group event with family when coming to Indy.
We loved the house; it was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and as advertised!
We had 4 families coming and going and it worked out well. The master suite is wonderful.
The house is huge. We had 16 adults and room for all. Some did use air mattresses, but there was a lot of room for them. I was worried about showers, because in other reviews it had said they ran out of hot water. We had no problem, but some of us took a shower at night and some in the morning. For two reasons, it did not tie up the bathrooms in the morning and the hot water. We never ran out of towels either, there is plenty there. I like that we could sit out on the deck or front porch at night, it was very peaceful. Close to the stadium where our convention was. Plenty of parking.
This house is in ideal location just minutes from downtown and the major highways. We were in town to watch the time trials of the Indy 500 and found it to be about a 15 min drive to the track.
Everything was extremely clean and equaled the accommodations of a luxury hotel, but better. There was plenty of room for my kids (5 and 2) to run around and they loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for staying in to cook versus paying to eat at a restaurant. The WiFi worked flawlessly and the security system made us feel very protected.
Ken was fantastic to work with if we every return to Indianapolis we will be sure to stay here again!
