This new, fabulous Florida Beach themed home features tile floors in all the common areas, 10 foot ceilings, ceiling fans throughout and spectacular Gulf and Bay views from each of the three wonderfully appointed bedrooms including two spacious baths. You will enjoy wide screen, high definition television viewing including CD-DVD, wireless internet access and iPod player for music enjoyment.

This lovely rental is located in Clearwater Beach's exclusive 'Beachwalk' area. Designed to be totally pedestrian friendly, it features palm tree lined sidewalks and 'old Florida' lantern lighting along it's winding corridors. All this makes for quick and enjoyable walks to all the best restaurants and wonderful shopping Clearwater Beach has to offer with just a 5 minute walk to Pier 60.

Fun at the beach is what this vacation paradise is all about and you will be just a three minute walk to beautiful Clearwater Beach. Afterwards relax and cool off back at your pool which is also heated for winter time enjoyment, or soak in the jacuzzi. Add to all this a 30 ft boat slip available to you right at your back door and you've got it all. Fantastic Location - Great for Families with Teens.

My family stayed at this property the second week of April 2012. We have a 17 yr old daughter and 14 yr old son. We really loved it. The building is modern, secure and clean. The condo was on a high floor so the view from the balcony was beautiful. The furnishings are all beautiful and comfortable. With the four of us we each had our own room and plenty of room to spread out. The best beach in Florida is literally a five minute walk down the street. We didn't even rent a car, everything we needed was within walking distance. We dined out every evening and there are plenty of great restuarant choices near by. We will never stay at a hotel again. The condo was definitely the way to go.

We stayed at this condo for two weeks(July/August) and had amazing vacation. The condo is very well situated. Actually, the beach is within 5 minutes walk and it is by far the nicest beach in the area. White sand, hot water! Condo is very comfortable for 6 to 8 persons and it is clean, nicely decorated and well equiped.

Amazing Condo in a Picture Perfect Location!!!!

My family and I had the pleasure of renting both of Kathy's condos at Harborview Grande in 2010 and 2011. They are both warm and inviting and decorated beautifully. She makes every effort to make you feel comfortable and is a pleasure to deal with.

The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance to Clearwater Beach. The condo is close to many great restuarants, although my favorite is the Palm Pavillion with the best beach atmosphere and sunsets. I look forward to renting again from Kathy!

Colorfu,l Luxury Condo with a Wonderful Location

We are so appreciative of the hospitality extended during our stay. The condo was decorated and furnished in extensive detail. We were able to cook great meals in the well furnished kitchen...... Dining on the balcony offered a great opportunity to relax and make memories. Thanks again to the wonderful owners! We will be back!

We loved everything about this Condo! Location was great! It was decorated beautifully and had all the comforts of home. We hated to leave. Could of stayed forever! Oh, and the views were amazing! We will be back!
