When my family acquired our property, we were elated to find such a fine setting on the waterfront of the gorgeous Colorado River. Over the years, we have enjoyed many holidays and weekends here. Now, it is time for you to share in the pleasures we have treasured. Whether enjoying dinner on the deck, swimming in our local pool or exhausting ourselves with golf or tennis. Often we delight in a brisk walk in the neighborhood, observe the tremendous wildlife or behold a spectacular sunset! Just one visit will have you planning what will become your next Annual Family Getaway!
(More information regarding our Private Boat Dock is below) In addition, a recent renovation of our marina has enabled The Pier Restaurant to be located just outside the cove; floating right where all the Lake action is! On weekends, The Pier hosts live music for your listening & dancing pleasure. You may appreciate their menu, as well. Savoring a frozen cocktail while absorbing the radiance of the sun is always a nice way to unwind! The Ricci Family has taken great pride in preparing our home for your visit. Our home is nestled among thick trees on the North Shore of Lake Travis, a bit of Texas Tuscany and the finest in Rustic Elegance. Enter our lovely single level home to the Great Room w/vaulted ceiling, wood floors, Oriental rug, Designer down-filled furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace & cable TV. You may also access the Internet from your laptop computer by wireless broadband. Off each end of the Great Room are 2 bedrooms, each having a Queen bed joined by a Bath. The back room has a View & TV. Opposite the Great Room is the Kitchen & Dining Room with vaulted ceiling & Italian Marble floors. The full Kitchen has Granite counters, glass door cabinets, range/oven, dishwasher & refrigerator w/icemaker. Small appliances include a Panini press, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, coffee grinder & microwave. The Dining Room has a large table & chairs to seat 6 and is appointed with a Leather-skin rug & Chandelier. The dining table is great for family dinners or playing cards and board games.

(Home description continued) The Master Bedroom, just off the dining room, has a Lake View, quality King bed atop an Oriental rug, wood floors, over-stuffed chair and cabinet with a TV. Enter the Master Bath through French doors to hand-crafted Italian Marble tile, a Jacuzzi tub with a flat-panel TV, separate shower and beautiful vanity. You will also find the laundry facilities here. On the back of the home, the spacious wood deck offers magnificent views overlooking Lake Travis. Perfect for catching some rays, enjoying the scenery or dining!

If golfing is your passion, Point Venture’s semi-private course has the best-groomed greens on the North Shore. The breathtaking views of the Texas Hill Country & Lake Travis are just a small part of the experience of the Point Venture Golf course. Featuring a practice putting green, driving range and Pro Shop, the Point Venture 2,815 yard nine-hole golf course is open to the public and given an 'A' rating by TravelGolf.com. (There are 3 other courses in the area)
Regarding our PRIVATE Boat Dock: YES! Lake Travis is almost FULL and all ramps are OPEN! Our wet slip is 24' x 10' with 7.5' overhead clearance, when raised on the cable lift. Wake Tower MUST fold-down for clearance. Slip can be configured for 2 PWCs (Jet Skis) or Ski Boat up to 24' in length and LESS than 4500 lbs. Lift DOES NOT accommodate a Pontoon Boat, but can be secured next to the dock with proper fenders and dock lines. ANY and ALL USE and ACTIVITY TO, FROM and ON the dock, are AT YOUR OWN RISK! We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY ACCIDENTS or DAMAGE! MORE: The Point Venture Marina is a PRIVATE marina owned by the Point Venture Property Owners Association. The Marina DOES NOT rent watercraft and DOES NOT permit use of ANY marina slips by Renters or Guests. Lake Travis water levels fluctuate. Low water or drought conditions do not allow staircase to reach the dock. Navigating the shoreline will be necessary and REQUIRE ADEQUATE SHOE WEAR.
