This Stunning Lakefront home on the main body of Beautiful Lake Travis has Custom Designer furnishings that adorn this fabulous property including top-of-the-line mattresses, 1200-count sheets, down-filled sofa, chair & chaise lounge, just to name a few! Enjoy panoramic lake views while relaxing on our spacious deck or enjoy an evening unwinding in the Master bath's Jacuzzi tub while watching a favorite show on the flat-panel TV. The boat dock is a 24' x 10' slip and large deck for sun and swim. Our newest addition to the property is the zoom zoom golf cart! Pile everyone in and go for a spin during deer feeding time or just because... So come, relax in fabulous comfort and style while enjoying all the benefits Lake Travis and Casa d' Ricci has to offer! Greetings and Welcome to Casa d’ Ricci!: Thank You for finding our picturesque home on beautiful Lake Travis nestled in the Texas Hill Country. It is with great joy that we have you as our guest. I only wish I were there to greet you personally and show you the hospitality you deserve. When my family acquired our property, we were elated to find such a fine setting on the waterfront of the gorgeous Colorado River. Over the years, we have enjoyed many holidays and weekends here. Now, it is time for you to share in the pleasures we have treasured. Whether enjoying dinner on the deck, swimming in our local pool or exhausting ourselves with golf or tennis. Often we delight in a brisk walk in the neighborhood, observe the tremendous wildlife or behold a spectacular sunset! Just one visit will have you planning what will become your next Annual Family Getaway!

(More information regarding our Private Boat Dock is below) In addition, a recent renovation of our marina has enabled The Narly Gar Restaurant to be located just outside the cove; floating right where all the Lake action is! On weekends, The restaurant hosts live music for your listening & dancing pleasure. You may appreciate their menu, as well. Savoring a frozen cocktail while absorbing the radiance of the sun is always a nice way to unwind! The Ricci Family has taken great pride in preparing our home for your visit. Our home is nestled among thick trees on the North Shore of Lake Travis, a bit of Texas Tuscany and the finest in Rustic Elegance. Enter our lovely single level home to the Great Room w/vaulted ceiling, wood floors, Oriental rug, Designer down-filled furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace & cable TV. You may also access the Internet from your laptop computer by wireless broadband. Off each end of the Great Room are 2 bedrooms, each having a Queen bed joined by a Bath. The back room has a View & TV. Opposite the Great Room is the Kitchen & Dining Room with vaulted ceiling & Italian Marble floors. The full Kitchen has Granite counters, glass door cabinets, range/oven, dishwasher & refrigerator w/icemaker. Small appliances include a Panini press, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, coffee grinder & microwave. The Dining Room has a large table & chairs to seat 6 and is appointed with a Leather-skin rug & Chandelier. The dining table is great for family dinners or playing cards and board games.

If golfing is your passion, Point Venture’s semi-private course has the best-groomed greens on the North Shore. The breathtaking views of the Texas Hill Country & Lake Travis are just a small part of the experience of the Point Venture Golf course. Featuring a practice putting green, driving range and Pro Shop, the Point Venture 2,815 yard nine-hole golf course is open to the public and given an 'A' rating by TravelGolf.com. (There are 3 other courses in the area)

Regarding our PRIVATE Boat Dock: Our wet slip is 24' x 10' with 7.5' overhead clearance, when raised on the cable lift. Wake Tower MUST fold-down for clearance. Slip can be configured for 2 PWCs (Jet Skis) or Ski Boat up to 24' in length and LESS than 4500 lbs. Lift DOES NOT accommodate a Pontoon Boat, but can be secured next to the dock with proper fenders and dock lines. ANY and ALL USE and ACTIVITY TO, FROM and ON the dock, are AT YOUR OWN RISK! We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY ACCIDENTS or DAMAGE!

Ski: (Home description continued) The Master Bedroom, just off the dining room, has a Lake View, quality King bed atop an Oriental rug, wood floors, over-stuffed chair and cabinet with a TV. Enter the Master Bath through French doors to hand-crafted Italian Marble tile, a Jacuzzi tub with a flat-panel TV, separate shower and beautiful vanity. You will also find the laundry facilities here. On the back of the home, the spacious wood deck offers magnificent views overlooking Lake Travis. Perfect for catching some rays, enjoying the scenery or dining!

Lovely home, very tasteful decor, comfortable beds with nice linens, great neighborhood, perfect romantic getaway for me and my husband! Also great for families, master suite is well separated from the two other bedrooms. The website pictures are accurate, but I have to say it is even better in person and exceeded our expectations! Low lake level was not a problem at this location, we rented a boat for the duration of our stay and really enjoyed the private boat dock. Local floating restaurant was very good, easy to walk or boat to. We highly recommend this lake vacation house!

This is an great little lake front house close to Austin in Point Venture. We visited 7/2011 in a low water year and since it is right on the river channel, there is always going to be plenty of water here. Bring your boat and tie to the dock for the week and you will have a blast. Owners and caretakers are both very nice, pleasant people and easy to talk to and deal with...highly recommend for a waterfront getaway for swimming in the lake...ever better if you have access to a boat! The master bedroom and kitchen are updated and fun to hang out in. The other two bedrooms are probably just for sleeping. Has Cable and internet access and TV's in living room Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom which we thoroughly enjoyed...also has a TV in one of the other bedrooms. Beautiful view of Lakeway and very close to the Lakeway Marina by boat. Point Venture Marina has a restaurant/bar and plenty of boat slips.

We had an excellent time at Casa D Ricci. Me and my wife both said it was one of the best Vacations we and the Kids have had. The house was in a Great Place on the Lake and we really enjoyed the Boat Dock. The Kids also loved the Dock and the swimming and tubing. We were checked on many of times by the man that took care of the place and appreciated it so much we invited him over for Supper one night. The Lake level was low and the steps down to the Dock could wind you but it was well worth the effort. We really enjoyed the stay though. Thank you Mark for making it a great stay and we are already talking about doing it next year.

Perfect Lake front retreat

My husband, daughter (age 10), parents (70s), nephew (16) and self recently stayed at this wonderful property. It exceeded my expectations. The photos and description are very accurate. Markus, the property manager, was very professional and helpful both before our arrival and greeting us from the very beginning all the way through our departure. He and Francesca have really thought of everything to make your stay extra special. The floating restaurant was in walking distance, though the provided golf cart was handy for my parents. It was good food, live music but a little slow service. We rented a boat and wave runners from a marina which is right across from the house. Markus arranged for them to pick us up right at the house dock! You will see from the pictures there are alot of steps down to the dock so if that is a challenge you can have them pick you up at the marina which is very close to the house. There is a nice beach that is private access and a great place to go on the golf cart. My daughter loved collecting shells both at the house dock and the beach. The house is wonderful but the service really put it over the top for us. Thank you both so very much. We cant wait to return and next time we will stay longer!
