This recently completed gated resort in Kissimmee has a bright tropical feel, perfect for your vacation get-away. Approx 8 minutes drive on the Osceola Parkway to reach the Disney theme park area. **FREE** internet access in the home plus FREE phone calls (US, Canada, Puerto Rico, UK, France, Spain, Italy). There is a large shared child-friendly heated pool complete with fountains, spa pool, and sun deck. There are also 3 additional quieter pools within the resort. Adjacent to the main pool there is a clubhouse including a TV room, library, business center (small local charge), and a fully equipped fitness room. Additional amenities include secure play areas for the younger children, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a boating lake with picnic and BBQ facilities. Inside the home there is a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area and breakfast bar. The family room has 2 sofas, cable TV, DVD and VCR. We provide FREE INTERNET ACCESS in the home. Additionally there is wireless Internet access in the clubhouse and around the main pool areas. The downstairs master bedroom with its king-sized (6ft 6) bed has its own cable TV and an en-suite bathroom complete with an over sized whirlpool bath plus shower. Upstairs you'll find 2 further spacious bedrooms, one with a queen (5ft) bed, the other with twin beds. There is also a second bathroom with bath and shower on this floor. This flexible arrangement offers the opportunity for parents to relax downstairs, whilst other family members have the run of upstairs. The family room sofa-bed also offers 2 further sleeping spaces. For those traveling with infants, a high chair and travel cot (pack 'n' play) can be provided.

The house is fully equipped with all the normal appliances you'd expect at home including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning/heating, hair dryer etc. A huge 24 hour Wal-Mart is close by for any last minute shopping and grocery needs. FREE Nationwide telephone calls (including Canada & Puerto Rico) plus FREE calls to UK, France, Italy and Spain. Just a couple of blocks from the Osceola County Softball Complex.

Our convenient on-site check-in means that you do not waste time driving around Orlando looking for an office from which to collect your keys! **NEW** Swimming pool hours extended. Wonderful escape from the cold!

My friend and I stayed in this lovely condo for 5 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the weather. Not like back in Wis with wind chill 40 below zero if you can comprehend that!! The heated swimming pools are great, the landscaping was very well taken care of, and imagine - flowering shrubs in January!!!!
The location is convenient to everything. We did a lot of fun things. Liked you sharing your condo with us.
We have & are taking many good memories back to Wis.
Anxious to get home, but also wish we could stay.
We had a great time!!! A great value for the money!!!
Will tell our friends about your nice place.

Great for Disney marathon

What a wonderful place! We came down for the 1/2 Marathon at Disney and this place was perfect for our family - and so much cheaper than on-site. Then, loving being able to wash my running clothes BEFORE going home was a great treat!
We even entertained some friends of ours for dinner who were staying at WDW - saving $$ again - and better food too!
The HEATED pool was terrific for the kids especially, - no time to use the playground but it looked fun.
It is sooo quiet here - peaceful nights for busy crazy Disney days - which were only minutes away AND on a safe, quiet location!
Oh, and it is 14 F back home!
We'll be back!

Ten days in sunny warm Florida!

What a wonderful place you have - it truly felt like home! Everything was perfect.
Ten days in sunny warm Florida! Spectacular!!! Things couldn't have been better.
We visited Discovery Cove (and swam with the dolphins & manta rays), Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Medieval Times and Cocoa Beach!!
We even managed to enjoy the pool and facilities at this beautiful place & will definitely recommend your home to friends/family (and will return again in the future).
