We are next to five of the most beautiful white sand beaches in Costa Rica, There are many walking trails with the picture perfect ocean views. We are centrally located between Tamarindo and Flamingo. Our next door neighbor is Reserva Conchal with a 5 star golf resort. You will hear Howler Monkies in the morning, see turtles at night, do a sunset dinner cruse, zipline in the Tropical Forest, white water raft a river, surf outstanding waves, horse back ride on the beach, world class sport fishing,snorkel with tropical fish, swim in the pool with an ocean view with bar and restaurant on property: All this while having the comfort of a beautiful fully furnished condominium. Notes: This unit is suitable for elderly, my 86 year old mother and her 2 sisters had a great time, and no problems. The water is drinkable and tested yearly. This is a great family vacation. This is a modern condo located between 2 big tourist destinations, Tamarindo and Flamingo and the next door property is Paridisus Conchal .The area is safe, without many tourists on the near by beaches. I have no allergies in Costa Rica, We live on-site and are available to help with the best places to go and the many adventures available, from seeing turtles, monkeys, surfing, snorkeling, fishing and other destinations. Smoking is OK outside.
