Beautifully done by artist owner with exceptionally good taste. Everything is new and top of the line, i.e., beds, furniture, baths, kitchen appliances, etc. Very large with huge master suite. Being maintained in spotlessly clean manner for your visit. Nice balcony with view of sand and ocean. Kitchen has all to prepare gourmet. 3/4 block from sand & beach. Biking is everywhere & for this we have included 3 for your use. Linens & bath towels included. Also beach chairs, beach towels & umbrella.

We travelled from the UK to Newport Beach the owner made the whole experience effortles for us from booking and throughout our stay. The beach house was lovely and spotless, everything was thoughtfully provided for us. We enjoyed the use of the bikes in particular. The beach was a minute from the house and it was clean and unspoilt. Newport is a lovely area to disover with many excellent restaurants to choose from.
We had a great holiday experience and we intend to go back there next year and bring some more of our family with us !!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

After spending a busy three days in Disneyland, the beach house was a perfect place to relax the rest of the week! The best part was being able to walk to the beach in our bare feet. We loved the fact that the beach was not crowded and it was also very clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evening as well. The condo is in walking distance to many great family restaurants and a short drive to many other restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. The house was very clean and our kids loved the bunk beds and toys that are provided for the beach. The owners are very nice to work with as well. We hope to come back again next year!

Family Beach Vacation

Our family stayed in the upstairs condo, which was clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. Beware, however if you have small children (ours are 2, 3 and 6) the flooring in the upstairs condo is tile. The noise our children made walking down the hall in the morning was a hugh problem for the owners relatives staying below. The owner politely notified us of this problem, which we tried to solve, but clearly our efforts were not to the downstairs folks satisfaction..

We enjoyed the extra storage of the garage, which was supplied with beach chairs, sand toys and bikes..

This location is walking distance to good sushi, pizza and a market.
Note: The 10am. move out time is critical and enforced by the owners and their cleaning staff.
