It boasts four championship golf courses and a driving range for the golf enthusiast, nearby Atlantic Ocean for beach lovers, and you are within steps of the Barefoot Landing where you can enjoy great shopping, exciting restaurants, the Alabama Theatre, and the largest House of Blues in the United States. There are approximately 100 additional golf courses, Broadway at The Beach, Myrtle Beach Mall, Coastal Grand Mall, two outlet malls, Myrtle Beach International Airport, and the Freestyle Music Park within a few driving minutes of the Resort. Woderful for Seniors

My wife and I are seniors and we wanted to spend a week in October in Myrtle Beach.
We selected Michelle's condo because of its location and it was on the first floor.
What a beautiful unit! It is exactly as advertised, down to the spice rack.
I loved to walk out the screened Lanai to the pond and the golf course, right outside our door.
Everything worked perfectly!
Stan, Michelle's father, called and made sure we were settled in and if we had any questions about the unit or Myrtle Beach.
This was appreciated. He even included a coupon for his favorite restaurant, Joe's.
We had so much fun, we hope to spend a month next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities

Exceptional bright clean unit. Had all amenities to make a great get-away very relaxing. Great location. Our hosts were very informative and left a welcoming basket to help us settle in. Great place to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked the location at the end of the street and on the first floor. The unit was well maintained and had what we needed for a nice stay, for example, washer and dryer and internet access and a well stocked kitchen, just to name a few. It was easy to make a reservation and the owners were very helpful and well organized. The surroundings and pool were especially nice.

Best Condo We Ever Rented

We found this Golf Villa to be immaculate, beautifully furnished, and well suppled with new dishes, pots and pans, lots of towels etc. Lots of little extras like paper towels, a complete spice rack and a starter kit of coffee, sugar, filters meant we didn't have to rush to shop right away. Our Host Stan was very accommodating and always available to help with travel planning etc. The unit was very quiet in a beautiful location on the ground floor with a small pond and fountain. We felt like we were staying in a first class hotel. We highly recommend this condo.
