Enjoy the the crystal clear emerald waters and the sugar white beaches or just watch the dolphins and sunsets from the balcony of our newly remodeled, third floor unit located on the famous County Road 30A, nestled conveniently between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Our rates are always among the best value for gulf front properties in this area of 30A! I have attached plenty of pictures, which speak for themselves.

great location, but...

the beach is in our blood southeast

here's what we need and look for in a rental - great location, clean, great mattress, comfortable, bath that drains and internet. The unit was exceptionally clean and a great location, great tile floors, beautiful kitchen cabinets, granite counters and nice appliances. The furniture was in good condition although there's a lot of it in the unit and a lot of stuff, including baskets of stuffed animals. Here's what needs to be changed - the mattress in the bedroom was awful. mush. my spouse slept on the couch because it was so soft. The tub didn't drain and there wasn't free internet.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
