This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is designed by renowned architect, Tom Christ & is located in the heart of the charming coastal town of Seaside. The home is approx 2 blocks from the beach, adjacent to the adult pool, covered pool , workout & tennis facilities. The home has 2 master bedrooms each with king sized beds, marble baths with free standing tubs, separate marble showers & dual vanities. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, private marble bath & its own private balcony. Bedroom 4 consists of a bunk area that sleeps up to 4, teen lounge with sleeper sofa, entertainment area & its own bath. The first floor features a gourmet kitchen with Wolf 6-burner gas range, Sub-Zero refridge, ice maker and Carrara marble countertops. Living room with gas fireplace, 48' flat screen TV. Dining area seats 8. The home has 100+yr old pine floors throughout & has a tower with bar & seating that offer beautiful rooftop views of the town of Seaside & views to the Gulf, perfect for sunsets.
