Nine acre horse farm overlooking Cape Cod Bay is occupied by owner, her three horses, two standard poodles and three indoor cats. Rental is recently renovated studio apartment ideal for two. Property is surrounded by rolling hills, woods, great walking paths, and short walk down sand/shell driveway to swimming at Ryder Beach. House is 'living art' as was the subect of one of Edward Hopper's paintings entitled 'Ryder's House'.
