  • TIME TO START BOOKING WINTER RENTALS~CALL TODAY~$1500.00 INCLUDES ALL FEES
  • Weekly rentals from May 23, 2009 through August 14, 2009 are Saturday to Saturday.
    Monthly rates are available from Nov. 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010.
    Rates include departure cleaning, bed linens and towels. There is a 12% SC tax on rental fees.
    A $500 deposit is required at booking, and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Dates are reserved upon receipt of deposit and confirmed with payment of the balance. A $200 damage/key return deposit is required to be paid with balance 30 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be returned within 21 days from when the keys have been returned and unit has been inspected following departure. Payment may be made by personal check, cashier's check, bank or postal money order.
    Check-in is 3:00 P.M. ET
    Check-out is 10:00 A.M. ET

    Rates for unbooked periods are subject to change without notice.

  • Condo will not be rented to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

We had a great trip in this beautiful condo. It was conviently located on the first floor of the building eliminating the use of elevators. The condo was very nicely furnished and had all of necessities needed for a wonderful vacation.
The kitchen had all of the amenities required and the layout was perfect for my group of young adults that I took with me. The condo was very clean with up to date flat sceen and huge TVs in the rooms. I would recommend to everyone.
Thanks for letting us use your condo. Would like to rent again from you!

This condo is awesome

We had a blast staying in this condo. This place is clean like a whistle and extremely well equipped. The owners prepared a folder with a list of attractions, restaurants etc and were very fast in responding to any emails.

The beach and a few pools are only steps away and everybody was so friendly. Grocery stores are within a couple miles and also a bunch of restaurants.

We were a family of four with two kids (3 and 9) and had the time of our life. This place is strongly recommended and we will hopefully be back next year again.

Luxurious, Spacious and Very Accomodating

This unit was just fabulous! The ease of not having to deal with the elevators, yet cozy and comfortable having the large space inside the condo and also the outdoor deck. The condo is beautiful and spotless. The owner is kind, caring and very helpful. We enjoyed having our coffee on the deck in the mornings and the ease of getting to and from the beach/pool. No fuss with elevators. Our kids loved the pool and the ease of getting to and from the beach. We also had a great time walking to the Apache Pier and enjoying all the amenities that Kingston offers. Thank you and we will make this our summer vacation condo for years to come. The owner, Sherri was great to work with, thank again! If we can work it out we would like to see you again this fall.
