Swim in the crystal-clear rose-bordered pool, walk along the well-maintained trails that are all part of this unique offering.

Enjoy the buzz of Newport (25 minutes), shopping in Providence (35 minutes),Casinos in Connecticut (45 minutes), the many close-by family attractions or enjoy the numerous nearby beaches-Pass included to South Kingstown Beach(6 minutes).

This up-to-date, eight-room cape is exquisitely furnished and includes a large living room with piano, dining room, library, TV room, kitchen, laundry, 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and an all-season room for relaxing and enjoying the arboretum-quality plantings that surround the property. Truely a "home away from home"

Words simply cannot describe the absolute peace, beauty, graceful atmosphere we found in this home. The house is fully appointed with anything anyone might need, and then more. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable. The grounds are meticulously manicured and breathtaking. The host and hostess are two of the nicest people you can hope to meet and beyond accommodating; ready to help with the smallest need at a moments notice....a true lady and gentleman.
We sincerely hope to return soon.

A Perfect Retreat!

We recently spent two happy weeks at this lovely and totally comfortable house. I can't say enough positive things about the beauty of the estate it sits on and the utter graciousness of the owner. We truly felt that we were her cherished personal guests, rather than paying lodgers. It seemed that all our needs were anticipated and provided for and the owner was more than happy to offer fantastic recommendations for near and not so near restaurants and places to visit. The pool was a daily sanctuary for my elderly parents who could no longer enjoy the nearby beaches and many afternoons were spent relaxing under the gazebo there. The property was a perfect starting point for visiting all sorts of interesting nearby towns such as Wickford, Newport and my favorite, Watch Hill. I especially enjoyed lunching at Castle Hill in Newport per a recommendation from our fabulous host. Thank you Carroll!

Great Vacation Home

This beautiful home offered us a 3 day respite from the stress of our every day life. It is an unusually well appointed home with all amenities. It is a beautifully decorated, upscale home surrounded by expansive grounds. Extremely private, a pool and walks around the home make this a perfect home for a vacation. There are many nature walks in the area as well as beaches, charming towns and great restaurants. A world away in feel, yet close to home in reality.

beautiful, well kept, and comfortable! The
kitchen fully stocked,spices and all. The
pool was an added bonus after a long day
