Nestled among lush, tropical hills, next to the river Rio Cuale in the Old Town of Puerto Vallarta you find this charming, cozy, and quiet condominium in a secured complex. The cobblestone streets in this Mexican neighborhood add to the romantic feel. The comfortable breeze along the river is welcome any time. Excellent shopping for fresh seafood, meats, vegetables, and fruits is within a five-minute walk. The surrounding area offers excellent restaurants. Within a block is public transportation to all areas of town, the hotel zone, department stores, and the airport. Downtown is 20 minutes and the beaches 25 minutes on foot. The roof garden of the complex offers a dipping pool, lawn chairs, sun umbrellas, pool table, bar, toilet, and an exercise area as well as a laundry facility. This condominium was finished at the end of 2004.

  • Holiday Surcharge Dec. 19, 09 to Jan. 03, 10 $ 90/week
  • A Security Deposit of $ 100 applies for rentals of 1 to 2 weeks, $ 250 for Rentals 3 weeks to 5 months.
    Any damages to property are automatically the responsibility of the renter. Thank you.
    Long Term Rentals are considered 6 months and longer.
    Weekly Cleaning Services are included in the rent for rentals from 1 week to 5 months.
  • During the Low Season we kindly ask you to run the Air conditioning only if you are in the unit to save electricity. An average Electricity bill for the unit is $ 40 a month. Higher charges incurred during your stay would be deducted from the security deposit. Copy of the Utility Bill would be provided.
    Long Term Renters will pay their own Utilities and Cleaning Services. Water is included at all times.
    There is no refund if renter(s) vacate the rental unit prematurely of their own accord, and with reason or just cause pertaining to the rental unit.
