Resort: The resort is a place that can be enjoyed by everyone in the family! Parents can relax the sun, stretch out in comfy white sand, or take a swim in the warm ocean. They can enjoy themselves as well in our adult pool, Jacuzzi and a state of the art fitness room or relax at the poolside bar and grill, while the kids have the time of their lives playing in the pool, arcade & meeting new friends! Our unit is beautifully decorated and has a warm, enjoyable feeling that will have you not wanting to leave!

Booking Information: Rental Rules - Check in is after 4:00 pm. Check out is promptly at 10:00am. No pets. Age Requirements - The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Tax - 12.1% Florida taxes will be added. Housekeeping - Is included in the rate. $310 deposit - Balance due 21 days prior to arrival. TRIP INSURANCE (OPTIONAL) - Available (100% refund for cancellations for covered reasons) DAMAGE WAIVER - Cost $45 - (OPTIONAL) - Covers up to $1,500 of accidental damage.
