Innesfree Villa: Beach front tranquility with a touch of Caribbean class. Designed by John Doak and built in a French West Indian style this spectacular Grand Cayman beachfront property commands stunning views over one hundred and twenty six feet of the reef protected Frank Sound. Built in 2003 this totally private island style residence of three beds and three baths offers over 3,600 sq. ft of luxury living, which nestles toward the beach side of a deep one and a quarter acre lot. Hidden from the road you approach the property along a meandering driveway lined with a variety flowers, bushes & trees some of which are fruit bearing. Entering the villa, you are immediately struck with the awesome views of the sound from the great room. Cathedral ceilings with typically stylish tongue and groove finish create a light and airy feel aided by the two dormer windows set high to maximize the rooms natural light.

Situated on a private pristine sugar sandy beach, Innesfree is on Grand Cayman's calm South Side. It is a quick 20 minutes from the Owens International Airport, Georgetown, Duty Free shopping and world famous Seven Mile Beach. Yet is it worlds away from all that is civilization. Close to several excellent restaurants, including the romantic Lighthouse; you can dine in or choose to a casual lunch or dinner - oceanfront. The Morritt's Tortuga Club and The Reef Resort are two popular resorts just 10 minutes away on the East End for plenty of daily and nightly activity open to the public. World class diving operations are in East End and you are 15 minutes from idyllic Rum Point.
